In fact, I don't use any package with GtkGlExt, I just used it when I encountered the bug in my own program to test if I was doing something wrong with OpenGL.

Looking a bit here and there, I've found this reported bug that looks the same: [EMAIL PROTECTED] and some information was available in bug [EMAIL PROTECTED] (last message): maybe pixmap context is not available depending on the hardware/setting.
