apt-listbugs exits with a number of error messages, if the user decides not to 
install the package in question and responds 
with "n" at the prompt.

If these error messages are 'on purpose' and part of the functionality of 
apt-listbugs, I think they should say so, eg.: 

"Deliberately exiting with an error in order to stop the installation. "

instead of the line within the *s.
