In the mean time for the actual release, some simple checks can be done in the debian/rules file to detect the problematic architectures and to make the build process fails on those architectures, thus avoiding non-working debs on those architectures. As I have a growing interest for Lisaac, Xavier told me it would be fine for me to join the Debian maintenance team if you agree. I can write the patch or sponsor your upload with it.
