Hi, I just ran into the same issue...

As discussed if the removal of the offending statement is a fix, I'd
like to add my 2 cents: IMHO the removal of the "USE ...;" statement is a fix.

Looking at [1], it  states:
"you do not need to create the underlying database, *only populate it*"
(emphasised by me)

I gonna look into other packages which uses dbconfig... Hopefully
afterwards I can tell how they are do this.
