Bug#229547: This is fixed in iceweasel by the '--no-remote' switch

If an iceweasel process is running locally, to start a
new iceweasel process on the remote machine through
ssh tunnel, at the command line do:

    iceweasel --no-remote

>From 'man iceweasel':

 -no-remote
              Don’t connect to a running iceweasel
instance.
