I see the same, or a similar, bug. Every few seconds, the mouse pointer in version 0.9.1-5 of qemu jumps to another spot in qemu's window.
However, in my case, it happens with a Windows 98 (first edition) guest operating system and the "-usbdevice tablet" option didn't help. I think most of debian is from the "unstable" distribution.
