Yes, with mouse not over it, it is split onto two lines.
With the mouse over it, it becomes one line.

The problem is there are places on the link that if one places the
mouse and leaves it there, it will toggle continuously between the two
states.

Very easy to reproduce. Super easy to see.

Or perhaps your CPU is too fast. In which case you still should see
both the single line and two line link superimposed.
