Please move
/etc/smartd.conf => /etc/smartmontools/smartd.conf
This is similar to what apt/ firehol/ and others do when there is
separate /etc/<package>/ directory. Further, this allows putting the
separate directory under version control and versoning it separately
from rest of the /etc
