reportbug-ng fails to launch my MUA after filling the bug properties for a new
report against an X package using /usr/share/bug/xserver-xorg-core/script
(unless "Send additional bugscript information if available (recommended)" is
unchecked), for example xserver-xorg, xserver-xorg-video-vesa and
xserver-xorg-video-nv.
There is no feedback in the interface, but if launched in a shell the
following error is logged:

This happens with xserver-xorg-core 2:1.4.2-3 and LANG=fr_CA.UTF-8
