Yes it is for replace the original. The original servicemenu only allow compress folders and not files. This servicemenu allow compress files and folders, and also allow choose the name and format of the compressed archive. I was trying to make a better and more complete servicemenu, but, due to some bugs in KDE and d3lphin I couldnt do it better, i think this servicemenu is by the moment the best option to add integrated compression in d3lphin.
