Download and compiling a patched, own version isn't really a solution
when there's comfortable way to do it via aptitude, insn't it?!
No, not yet.
You'll have to download the Debian ffmpeg source package (apt-get
source ffmpeg), rebuild the source tarball
(DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=externalcodecs debian/rules get-orig-source) and
then build the binary packages (DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=externalcodecs
dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc).
Hope that helps for a while.
