Hi, It doesn't happen very often, but from time to time not only the database but the indexes get corrupted, this means that parts of the database will be unreachable for certain queries.
The solution is quite simple, to call slapindex in the startup script.
Therefore not only db4.2_recover should be called but slapindex, too.
