I’m not sure how well that would work with the revamped sound handling
in the next release of the framework, maybe Guillaume or whoever works
on that can comment? From what rumors I have heard, these profiles won’t
be as static as they are now anymore, instead some additional
information will tell the program what mixer settings should, for
example, be used for volume adjustment.

I’d also assume that with the next release, the location of the scenario
files can be configured in frameworkd.conf.

Actually, I’d prefer for now if I could leave the standard scenarios as
regular package files, but have the user be able to specify different
locations for the two scenarios (phoning/non-phoning) in the command
line.

Note that it’s a slight hassle to remove a conffile in a later package,
so I won’t make the scenario files conffiles easily.

BTW: What does your change to the scenario do? AFAIK, the FSO people are
always interested in improvements to them.

Greetings,
Joachim
