Just a reminder, Please provide the requested information. The error you have posted usually only occurs when you are using a non-Debian packaged version of nspluginwrapper converted from another distribution using alien.
Please provide the output from:
dpkg -l nspluginwrapper
dpkg -s nspluginwrapper
