And have you tried to have upstream include the patch? Anyways, if you had to adjust your patch for 0.0.5, please post that updated patch to the bug report – I’d like to provide this to the Freerunner users, but I also don’t want to diverge from Debian :-) BTW, is there a clean way to make such a configuration option runtime-changeable? Like the stuff you can set with xset or xrandr?
