I tried to port gluezilla to xulrunner 1.9 but I failed. There is a package in mono (libmono-mozilla0.2-cil) that recommends gluezilla. Nothing in debian would use that though, as it's the wrapper library to implement the WebControl class part of the WinForms implementation in Mono, e.g. it's only used by Windows applications that target MS .NET.
