In order to display fonts correctly in both it is necessary that the DPI (and preferably font size) for fonts be able to be set independently for each display. --- System information. --- Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-1-686 Debian Release: lenny/sid 500 testing security.debian.org 500 testing mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca 500 stable security.debian.org 500 stable mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca --- Package information. --- Depends (Version) | Installed ================================-+-=========== gtk2-engines-xfce (>= 2.4.2) | 2.4.2-2 thunar (>= 0.8.0) | 0.9.0-10 xfce4-icon-theme (>= 4.4.2) | 4.4.2-1 xfce4-mcs-plugins (>= 4.4.2) | 4.4.2-4 xfce4-panel (>= 4.4.2) | 4.4.2-6 xfce4-session (>= 4.4.2) | 4.4.2-6 xfce4-utils (>= 4.4.2) | 4.4.2-8 xfdesktop4 (>= 4.4.2) | 4.4.2-7 xfwm4 (>= 4.4.2) | 4.4.2-5 -- And that's my crabbing done for the day.
