Hm, that's strange. What I actually did is the following. All of this
happens on an Etch install, so maybe that is of some influence.

- apt-get source open-vm-tools from Unstable
- some 'backport' changes: depend on debhelper 5, do not call dh_lintian
- debuild -rfakeroot
- dpkg -i open-vm-source_2008.09.03-114782*_all.deb
- cd /usr/src
- sudo m-a -t -l 2.6.26-1-vserver-amd64 build open-vm

This fails on building 'vmci'. I really didn't change anything to enable
vmci or vsock. Please let me know if you need more information.
