Regarding module package Depends/Recommends.... Here is what _all_ prebuilt -modules packages in unstable do: depend on linux-modules of the same kernel rev, provide the name as listed below, and have no other depends/recommends/suggests.

Currently linux-uvc has been removed from unstable/testing, but as I argue in #493259 there is still value in having this package available and I am hoping it can go back in the archive and this bug fixed.
