Hi,
according to the bug report the bug has a major affect on the usability
of the package if installed as /bin/sh AND additional renders a core
Debian utility (with Priority: required) unusable. As mksh is a priority
optional package and not the default /bin/sh it maybe doesn't qualify as
beeing critical ("rendering unrelated packages unusable"), but IMHO it
qualifies as beeing an important bug. I therefore raise the severity of
this bug.
This bug is fixable, so I think this should be done for lenny.
