Package: mc
Version: 2:4.6.2~git20080311-3
Severity: normal

Hello,

quite often, when I browse some archives with mc over ftp, after some time, mc closes the ftp connection. From then on, browsing the archive doesn't work, for example files appear as empty when viewing or copying, etc. Moreover, when I reopen the ftp, enter the same archive and try to copy/view the same file again, it is still empty.

Regards
    Jiri Palecek
