I don't see a bug in texlive here, why don't you bring that up with the
maintainers of the program which failed? It was not texlive packages
that failed, it was apt-listbugs that failed.
Do you reassign that bug or should I do?
I cannot care for programs that do interpret 2007-14 wrongly.
