Uploading to experimental would be useful, and allows you to get early feedback before an upload to unstable. We are planning to release GnuTLS 2.6.0 soon, together with a Windows release built using mingw32 on a debian system, and the sprintf bug in mingw32-runtime (#452977) seems potentially quite problematic.
