Package: fai-server Version: 3.2.10 Severity: normal
(As discussed on IRC with MrFai, reporting to the BTS as requested.) Problem: Scripts like config/scripts/$CLASS/*.dpkg-old are being executed by FAI. Explanation: This might be dangerous if a user edits a script and installs a configuration shipped as a Debian package which marks the files as config files. Because then the scripts are executed twice (and at least one of them might be b0rken :)). Propotion: Would be great if scripts ending with .dpkg-old, .dpkg-new, .dpkg-inst,... would be ignored during execution of FAI. regards, -mika- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
