I have added a folder "GMX" to filter the GMX news(Spam) in this folder.
I doesn't know why but i switched the name of this folder from "GMX" to
"GMX1", later i would rename it again to "GMX" but the folder is now in use or it isn't a allowed name. If I would create a new folder in Local
folders it displays that the folder already exists.

Could you please be a bit more specific. Please state, what actions you take and
what behaviour you get. Why do you think that the folder is either in use or
isn't an allowed name? Is there a dialog popping up?

Further, please state clearly, which mail server you are using and if it is a
pop or imap account. Is this problem with local folders only?

Thanks

I don't know why, but I can now add a new folder with the name "GMX". I have cleaned my Local Folder and now it works. I had right clicked on the folder "GMX1" to rename it, then I deleted the "1" in "GMX1". After that, I had become a dialog popping up with the message that the name I would change to is not allowed. I'm sorry but I can't do it again, now it's all ok.

server: pop3.web.de
in folder: Local Folders (more I haven't tested)
