 I am not sure yet what I will do, I think I will put rot-r in the patch
system quilt for 0.12.1
and hopefully the next release will incorporate rot-r

is python-openturns unusable without rot-r ?
I am not (yet) familiar with openturns, sorry if I ask trivial questions
