I have attached the newly created css.syntax. Please add it if no one
has submitted one.
The string for the Syntax file is:

Note: The css.syntax is currently not complete, but since I am
lerning CSS (I will permanently update it) it would be
good if you can include it (after Lenny release of course)
so others can comment it.
