Did you either "Continue in safe-mode" or disable all extensions ? Does it happen with any port on localhost ? (like does it happen with http://localhost:8080/) ? How do you get the innerWidth ? Do you have a scrollbar ? Does it happen with a clean profile ? (Maybe do you have a custom userContent.css file in your profile ?)
