Hi,

Splashy doesn start. I get the percentage in text on the console.
In the syslog, I get:

Sat Jun 11 22:33:34 2005: Starting splashy boot sequence

And then

Sat Jun 11 22:33:34 2005: Splashy is not running... no commands can be sent
Sat Jun 11 22:33:34 2005: Please verify /etc/default/spalshy and
/etc/splashy/config.xml for correctness

I've changed the start order in rcS.d to have the root filesystem mounted and I
changed the command line to start the daemon in /etc/init.d/splashy to route the
messages to a file instead of /dev/null.

I got the following:
/sbin/splashy: error while loading shared libraries: libglib-2.0.so.0: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

splashy works when I stop or reboot the system.

I use a lvm based system. Everything but the /boot filesystem in on lvm, even
the root filesystem, I've also an initrd. Maybe it is related?

Regards
