The 1 giga byte limit issue reported in debian bug 454719 was due to kernel 2.6.18. I did not experience this limitation anymore since I tried 2.6.24 (2.6.24-etchnhalf.1-amd64). I mean I yet created at least 4 files with a 2 or 3 gigabytes size.
This correction is documented in one of the many changelog-rc on kernel.org. Other UDF issues have also been corrected between 2.6.18 and 2.6.24. So I consider that this bug I opened is corrected with 2.6.24-etchnhalf.1-amd64. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
