Package: phpmyadmin
Version: 4:2.11.8.1-3
Severity: important

In phpmyadmin's document root the subdirectory tmp is missing.
Unless it is created, it is not possible to import any data from files in
phpmyadmin.

This problem is not new. I've already experienced it on etch.

I thought it was a problem with my php-configuration...but now I realized
that it's that simple...
