Hi, [EMAIL PROTECTED], you're right. ttf-kochi has some incorrect glyphs. But upstream development has been discontinued and they suggest to use "sazanami" font.
So, please use ttf-sazanami-mincho package, instead of ttf-kochi-mincho. "sazanami" font is based on "kochi" and fixed some corrupted glyphs.
