That's not an accurate description of what the patch does, afaics. It
actually updates the text on *all* files referring to the FSF, including
those that already have the correct address (transition-check.pl, for
instance, has never featured the Temple Place address). It also includes a
bunch of whitespace changes which aren't appropriate, imho.
