Package: powertop
Version: 1.10-2
Severity: normal

The numer of wakeups per second is lower than the cumulated per process
wakeups. Here is an example:

Wakeups-from-idle per second : 376.1 interval: 10.0s
no ACPI power usage estimate available

Top causes for wakeups:
  53.5% (419.7) <interrupt> : [EMAIL PROTECTED]:0000:00:02.0
  15.8% (124.4) firefox-bin : futex_wait (hrtimer_wakeup)
  11.0% ( 86.1) <interrupt> : extra timer interrupt
  10.3% ( 80.8) <kernel IPI> : Rescheduling interrupts
   8.3% ( 65.1) <interrupt> : PS/2 keyboard/mouse/touchpad
   0.2% ( 1.5) Xorg : schedule_timeout (process_timeout)

This is a ThinkPad X61s with an i965 chipset and the 2.5 branch of the Intel
Xorg driver. I didn't notice that [EMAIL PROTECTED]:0000:00:02.0 thing with the
current 2.4 driver, so it may be specific to this driver.

Tino
