This is the old package, try "apt-get remove --purge docvert-openoffice" I noticed that you have a /etc/init.d/docvert-openoffice initscript on your system. Does it go away after you purge the docvert-openoffice package? That's an old broken initscript so if you remove it from your system, you should be able to boot without problems.
