Isn't maintainer/uploaders tracked by the latest entry in debian/control, from the unstable branch? (like at [1]) [1] http://packages.qa.debian.org/i/imagemagick.html In testing, unstable and experimental Ryuichi isn't listed anymore as maintainer nor uploader (while he is listed as maintainer in imagemagick 6.2.4.5, from stable).
