Hi,

The edge-triggered example doesn't specify whether listener socket is also 
using edge-triggering.
If it does, the example is broken because it doesn't call accept until it 
returns EAGAIN.
If it doesn't, this should be specified. And then it'd be nice to give an 
example where it does use edge-triggering as well.
