While trying to update libtool again for the new version of this package, I have seen that you are already patching configure to add support for mips/mipsel. I suppose you still haven't updated libtool on this package because it would break this system of patches. Therefore please find attached a patch which updates 01_configure.dpatch to support GNU/kFreeBSD. Please apply it.
