Hi, I can confirm this. I have one machine (out of 5) reporting
puppetd[2643]: Other end went away; restarting connection and retrying every time the client runs (although the clients seems to do its work nevertheless). All the other machines are fine. Version of client and master is the same on all machines, so is /etc/puppet/puppet.conf.
