Hi Raphael Correct me if I'm wrong, Debian is distributing those "unlicensed" files anyway, isn't that the same problem ?? Debian is potentially violating it anyway.
Thanks for your comments, I actually made a search of the bugs, but smartly enough I didn't checked php5, but libapache2-mod-php5 and php5-cli :), sorry. I wrote to the author too, to know if he's willing to change license, if he's willing I will send a comment to the correct bug.
