To be accurate:
dlocate depends on grep-dctrl >= 0.11
dctrl-tools conflicts with grep-dctrl << 2.7
Current grep-dctrl version in unstable is 2.6.6
OTOH, grep-dctrl 2.7 is a dummy transition package which depends on dctrl-tools.
