Exaile's ShoutCast Radio plugin does not work, outputs Python error.
Exaile can't load ShoutCast streams.
Steps to reproduce this bug:
Activate Exaile's ShoutCast plugin
1) Select from the Exaile's menu: Edit -> Plugins
2) In the Plugin manager Window select ShoutCast Radio plugin
3) Click close-button
Exaile outputs this error to terminal window:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'group'
The result is that Exaile does not start loading streams. If you select
Radio-tab in the Exaile main window, then you can see that Exaile says:
"Loading streams..." But Exaile does not dowload those streams and that
message never goes away.
