Bug#505748: fusil: php project expects 'php' (.py) to be in current directory

This problem is fixed in Fusil 1.0: each project file is replaced by a real 
program. Eg. to fuzz PHP, run "fusil-php".

Note: Fusil 1.1 is realized since the 22 oct 2008.
