$ modprobe gspca_sonixj
produces the following in messages.log
Nov 20 21:35:50 Westfield kernel: gspca: main v2.2.0 registered

Nov 20 21:35:50 Westfield kernel: sonixj: registered
So I guess the gspca version is 2.2.0
If gspca_sonixj itself has a different module version then I don't know
how to find
out what it is. Hopefully someone can tell me how.
