Other occurrences of such mistakes can be spotted on: http://www.debian.org/intl/l10n/po-debconf/cz The same for programs translations: http://www.debian.org/intl/l10n/po/cz And, while at it you can also spot mistaken uses of cs_CZ: http://www.debian.org/intl/l10n/po/cs_CZ The latter is the consequence of naming PO files as "cs_CZ.po" which is IMHO useless even if here is only one locale for Czech (that could change in the future, who knows?)
