I was able to kind of reproduce this bug with the package from testing. Unfortunately this is probably a wontfix. It seems to me that the list of files (which is in this case about 20k lines) to inject is passed to various commands which all could fail. This is not to be solved in a short way, I'm afraid, unless we're doing a major rewrite of a lot of code. Hauke PS: Comments from co-maintainers welcome!
