(despite being updated in embootstrap). The fix will be in 1.4.13. I've also removed the need for libslang1-utf8 and libgnutls13 which are old packages no longer in Debian unstable. (You can remove both these packages from /usr/share/emdebian-tools/emdebian.buildd, at which point empdebuild should proceed normally.)
