sorry -- can't reproduce. I've never used video feature before -- but now I've tried with impressive (rebranded keyjnote) which functionally is the same as the latest keyjnote 0.10.2-1, and if path to file is properly specified (ie it is available by that name from the directory where I invoke keyjnote) -- everything works nice. Thus I would advise you to check if info script is read (make sure that name is matching .pdf file either specify it in -I) and either video is playable by that filename with mplayer
