Hmm, seems I was wrong about *.ps.gz being handled by the postscript
entry. No, all *.gz files are by default just handled by the gzip
entry.
So could I add compressed postscript to this wishlist?
i.e.
# compressed postscript
shell/.ps.gz
Open=(gv %f &)
Should we consider adding *.dvi.gz while we're at it? Any others?
