So either Module::CoreList is wrong, or ExtUtils::Miniperl should not 
be shipped as part of the core Perl.

If Module::CoreList is wrong, please clone the bug to 
libmodule-corelist-perl, which shows the same behaviour, even if it is 
newer than the version in perl-modules.
